7-Day Return Window: You have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be entertained.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: To protect both the customer and the store against transit damage, we strictly require a continuous unboxing video. The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product. No claims for damage or missing items will be processed without a valid unboxing video.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original brand packaging.
Category-Specific Restrictions:
Health & Personal Care: Due to hygiene reasons, items like massagers, skincare tools, or intimate care products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Baby Care: For safety and sanitation, toys and baby essentials must be completely unopened and unused.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is non-functional or physically damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video as proof.
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind (and not a defect), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.
Refund Policy
Our refund process is designed to be transparent and fair.
Inspection Period: Once your returned item reaches our facility, it undergoes a 48-hour inspection process to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Approval Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection results.
Refund Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that original shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned with missing parts or shows signs of use that were not disclosed).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, we recommend contacting your bank first. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team with your order ID.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and sent to the shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.
